===== Mrs Wakefields Original Toll House Cookie Recipe (Chocolate Chips) =====

  - 2¼ cups (280g Mehl) all-purpose 
  - 1 teaspoon baking soda (Natron)
  - 1 teaspoon salt
  - 1 cup (200g) (besser 150g) (2sticks) butter or margarine, softened 
  - ¾ cup (170g) granulated sugar 
  - ¾ cup (170g) backed brow sugar
  - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (oder 1Pack Vanillezucker)
  - 2 large eggs
  - 1 2/3 cups (230g) chocolate chips 
  - 1 cup (130g) chopped nuts (optional) 

==== Anleitung ====
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Combine flour, baking and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels((chocolate chips)) and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
