Zutaten

  1. 2¼ cups (280g Mehl) all-purpose
  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda (Natron)
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 cup (200g) (besser 150g) (2sticks) butter or margarine, softened
  5. ¾ cup (170g) granulated sugar
  6. ¾ cup (170g) backed brow sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (oder 1Pack Vanillezucker)
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 1 2/3 cups (230g) chocolate chips
  10. 1 cup (130g) chopped nuts (optional)

Anleitung

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Combine flour, baking and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels1) and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
