**Ingredients:** * 400 grams cookies (I used spekulatius) * 1 can sweetened condensed milk * 200 grams butter * 5 tablespoons cocoa (you can also put more if you wish) **Preparations:** 1. Crumble the cookies by hand in a bowl. 2. Melt the butter in a pot. Add the condensed milk and cook together for a bit. Stir in the cocoa (I mix it with a little milk to make it smooth before I put it in the pot with the butter and condensed milk). Bring to a boil (over low heat) and cook for a few minutes, stirring, until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. 3. Pour the mixture over the cookies and mix well with a spoon. 4. Turn the mixture out onto baking paper and shape into the desired size. Press firmly so that there are no gaps and then wrap (like a big candy :-)). 5. Allow the Lazy Cake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours (overnight is even better). Enjoy!
