  * ½ cup (100g)(besser 75g) butter or margarine
  * ½ cup (115g) granulated sugar
  * ½ cup (115g) brown sugar
  * ½ cup (130g) beanut butter
  * 1 egg
  * ¾ teaspoon soda (Natron)
  * ½ teaspoon baking powder
  * 1¼ (180g)(besser200g) cups flour (Mehl)
  * ¼ teaspoon salt

==== Anleitung ====
Cream sugars, butter or margarine, and peanut butter. Beat in egg, then stir remaining ingredients. Shape dough into small balls; place on lightly greased baking sheets then press the dough balls down with a fork to make ridges down the center.

Dip fork tines in flour each time before pressing a cookie. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 12 minutes. (Bake a little less for chewier cookies.) Makes about 2 dozen peanut butter cookies.
